At Kalpanik, under our brand Kalpanik, we are committed to ensuring that every handcrafted silver article, idol, and décor piece you purchase meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied, our returns policy is designed to support you with a transparent and reliable process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in the original packaging with all certificates or accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is mandatory.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized silver articles.
  • Gift cards, downloadable content, or digital services.
  • Used, altered, or damaged items not due to our error.
  • Products returned after the 30-day window.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original method of payment within a 7 day to 15 days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, return shipping charges may be deducted.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
  • To request an exchange, contact us via email with your order details and photographs of the item.
  • Once approved, you may send the product back, and we will dispatch the replacement.

5. Shipping Returns

Please ship your returns to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing times vary).

7. Sale or Discounted Items

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance products cannot be refunded.

8. Gift Orders

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once we receive the returned item.
  • If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
